Description

My main research interest is BIOIMAGING. I got my Ph.D. in molecular biology and I started with 3D EM during my postdoc at Bioimaging unit in Oxford (UK) at Oxford Brookes University.  I focus on electron microscopy, but I have experience also with confocal and high-resolution fluorescence microscopy. I specialize in 3D SEM techniques such as SBF-SEM (serial block-face scanning electron microscopy) and array tomography.
