Specialist in helminthology and aquatic parasitology including morphology, identification, diversity, ecology, phylogeny and evolution, life cycles, host-parasite relationships and transmission. Specialization in tapeworms (Cestoda) with focus on causative agents of human diphyllobothriosis and sparganosis (broad tapeworms).
