Ignaz L. Lieben Award
It is possible to apply for the Ignaz L. Lieben Award. The award amounts to 36,000 USD and is granted to young scientists who have been working in Austria, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia or Slovenia, permanently in the last 3 years (judged by the date of application submission).
Candidates should be under 40 years, have completed their doctorate and made outstanding contributions to the fields of molecular biology, chemistry or physics.
